The entire experience was very smooth and professional as the owner kept my husband and I updated on a daily basis. Not only were their prices competitive but they didn’t cut any corners while painting our 30 year old home. Our house needed a lot of preparation work as the previous owner didn’t attend to it, and with the painters hard work and thorough process, they made our home look practically brand new. Pinnacle Pro Painting painted most of our interior from the 2nd floor to the basement. Our home is 2,500 square foot so there was a lot of painting that needed to be completed and Pinnacle did it all in 4 days. I know painting well as I use to do it years ago and they did an excellent job. They were professional every step of the way by keeping my home clean, keeping me updated on the daily progress, upheld a positive attitude and used the highest quality of paint in the market. I have a deck that needs stained and will definitely have them come out for that project in the spring. Thanks

My personal experience with Pinnacle Pro Painting and its owner was first rate. I have a rental condo that had 8 years wear and tear from my previous tenant. There were numerous holes in the wall as chipped and worn baseboards. The Owner met with me and quickly determined what needed to be done and made recommendations. He gave me a la carte choices so I could determine what truly needed to be done within my budget. His staff completed the job ahead of schedule. Jeff then asked to meet me at the condo to inspect the work done. I can honestly say it came out looking terrific. He pointed out some of the little extras they had done on the walls and the ceiling to make things look great. I was very pleased with the outcome and started to write out my check for payment. Jeff then told me, because of their efficiencies, that the price was about 10% lower than we agreed upon. Needless to say, I was ecstatic as that rarely happens in today’s world. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Painting.

The owner was always keeping me informed of the progress of his team of two professionals who were very punctual and did a great prepping the house and the final painting. They were so thoughtful of my wife’s request to try to preserve her flowers in the front of house and they complied faithfully for 3 days of work. Well, at this point the house looks great and I hope to get 4 to 6 years by using this firms workmanship and the Valspar Duramax Paint, stay tuned and time will tell! Also, provided in writing what the painters would do! Very professional and fair.

We hired Pinnacle Pro Painting to paint the entire interior of our house. They provided a very professional written estimate and also had the crew leader come out for us to meet him and so he could see exactly what the work was going to be. This reduced any future issues and we didn’t have to repeat our explanation of the work. The crew went above and beyond our expectations with the quality of workmanship. We were given the opportunity a couple weeks later to bring them back in to remedy some minor things which was nice as that gave us a chance to really take a look at the rooms. The owner stayed involved throughout the process and checked in on things with us. Jeremy oversaw the work and took care of anything we needed. We felt fully supported. Pros: Their prices were very similar to some other companies out there but we got so much better service than what we’ve previously experienced with painting companies. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They also do great wood refinishing work – we had them sand and varnish all the wood trim throughout the house. It looks new again! Cons: None that we could come up with.

Pinnacle provided an estimate in detail to paint portions of the exterior of my house. They worked with the insurance company to get additional areas approved that the insurance adjuster missed. They did additional work that I asked for to my specifications. Jeff was professional, timely, and very helpful in working through the process with me and my insurance company. We got all the work approved that the insurance company was responsible for. The Owner made me a great offer to paint my entire house after we had agreed on the portions of it that either I or the insurance company would pay for. He painted my entire house, and it was beautiful. I am 100% satisfied. My insurance adjusted complimented me on the owners estimate. Very detailed and thorough, and a very reasonable price was the adjuster’s comment. Outstanding company! The owner is someone who will provide you with first rate service and do anything reasonable to make you a happy customer. His rates are very competitive. He knows what he is doing and gets the job done. His employees are courteous and professional, real artisans. What a pleasure it was to work with Pinnacle Pro Painting!

Great experience with the owner of Pinnacle Painting. He was very friendly and helpful when we met for the estimate and was able to go back to his truck and print out an estimate right on the spot, while other contractors I waited days to get their estimate. This was the best deal and most professional. The owner was great at keeping me up to date on the scheduling and progress once the work started. At completion of the project we walked around the house together and examined the work before the painters left. I was very happy with the entire process and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a painter.
